SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Orders typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed. Please allow three to seven (3-7) business days for orders to be shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. 

Return/Exchange Policy

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and a copy of your receipt. Once your return request has been accepted, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label within 2 business days. Please be sure to mail your return back within 14 days of placing your order to be eligible for a refund.You must request a return authorization before sending your item back. Only send returns using the pre-paid return label emailed to you so we have the ability to track the return. We cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

To be qualified for an exchange or return item(s) should be in brand new condition, have no signs of wear, damages, stains, ripped seams, wholes, fabric deformation, etc, and have all original tags and labels on.
Please be advised, that all returned items will go through our internal quality control checkup. In case the garment does not meet the requirements above, it will be shipped back to the customer, and the refund will not be issued/exchange will not be processed.

Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for your return to be processed at our store. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the original purchase; please allow up to 5-10 business days for your financial institution to post the refund to your account.
